Complete the COVID screening questions in your class registration email.

Wait outside until it’s time for your class. We want to limit the amount of people in the facility at one time.

Wash your hands as you come in, before entering the studio and again as you leave.

Bring your own mat, if available.

Follow our cleaning procedures and clean every piece of equipment you use.

PLEASE do not come to the studio if you are sick or don’t feel well.

We require guests wear masks until they are settled on their mats and masks are required for massage services.

Remove your shoes in the lobby.

No personal items in the gym except for a water bottle or any necessary pieces of equipment.

Please don’t share equipment.

Once you’re done with your class or appointment, please leave the studio so our staff can clean for the next class.
